All about "bak chang"
Recent report states that our beloved bak chang dumpling rice contains boric acid, which is 'poisonous'.
Why get so worked up everyone? You don't necessarily have to make your own, if you're lazy to do so.
Just eat the bak chang you buy, then consume some magnesium trisilicate, it'll neutralise the acid. Full stop.
Don't overdose on it, lah
*Alternatively, ditch any bak changs which DOES NOT stick to the wrappers, cos' those that DO NOT stick, contain boric acid. If it sticks (almost) like glue to the wrappers, feel free to gorge them down. Minus the wrappers.
